Smart CAT5 : provides backflow protection for fluid category 5 risks.

Application : Compact packaged break tank and booster set for applications where CAT5 fluid water protection is required.

This unit provides backflow protection for fluid category 5 risks. It includes a type AB airgap and has a water volume of 10 litres.

The tank is mounted with a self priming jet pump to ensure smooth operation. The electronic controller automatically starts and stops the pump when a drop in pressure is sensed i.e. a tap is opened and closed.

Key components include the non-corrosive holding tank, pre-fitted WRAS approved fill valve and integral screened overflow weir.

The unit is pre-assembled with minimal installation required. It has dry run protection with auto restart (time delay).

• Maintenance : To retain efficiency of the pump unit and to validate the warranty, all pump units should be serviced regularly. Domestic applications are recommended a service once a year, commercial applications are recommended a twice yearly service.
