Pump World aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. All returns are governed by the following terms and conditions.  

Reasons for Return

• goods not as ordered
• faulty on arrival 
• damaged in transit
• changed your mind (consumers only)

Consumers 

Consumers have a statutory right to a 'cooling off' period. Consumers are entitled to a full refund if requested in writing within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and returned in the original packaging.  

Trade 

Items will be subject to a restocking charge to cover product testing and administration.

If you choose to return any products to us, items are returned at your own cost and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit, thus recommend using a recorded delivery service.
